Your Fine Art Giclee Reproduction Edition is custom printed for you upon ordering. This labor intensive process can take 3-4 weeks and we appreciate your patience. It is made on a special high-definition printer using only the best museum quality inks and substrates. Your edition must pass two inspections, first by Missy's fine art printing partner and then by herself, to ensure it meets her quality and color matching standards. 

Next, if added, Missy hand paints any optional embellishments before signing and numbering the print. She will also issue it a Certificate of Authenticity and a unique serial number that is printed on two security holograms (one is affixed to the verso side of the print and the other to its certificate). If you added a frame, your print will then go to the custom framer before being packed or crated carefully and shipped to you.

Limitation is strictly enforced to protect your investment. Missy logs each limited edition print sale in an art studio management software to ensure her editions will never be oversold.

If you added a frame, your print will then move on to the custom framer* before being packed carefully and shipped to you. Unframed Open Editions on Fine Art Paper are shipped to you in a fully archival presentation mat and clear print sleeve for protection.

*Certain frames we offer are shipped separately from the print and require you to insert it. Instructions are provided though we are happy to advise if you have any trouble. This will be clearly stated for any frame options that fall into this category.

Missy Reno Smith offers optional custom framing for her Reproduction Prints. Each available frame package is fully archival to protect your print.

Frames for prints on Fine Art Paper feature 4 or 8 ply archival mats and TruVue Conservation Clear Acrylic Glazing for additional UV protection.

Traditional and Floater style frames for canvases have deep rabbets to accommodate the 1.5" thick stretcher bars.

Reproduction Prints are custom made upon ordering. They typically ship out in {{ closest.product.metafields.custom.ships_in.value }}.

We will update your order status as it progresses through each production phase to keep you in the loop. This is especially helpful for tracking Limited Edition orders since they go through multiple phases of production.

Your print will ship according to the method you choose during checkout. Once shipped, it then takes 5-10 days to reach you (US orders). Please remember that Limited Edition shipments are insured, and your signature is required for delivery. You will receive a tracking number so you can estimate arrival.

Due to the collectible nature of Reproduction Prints, returns are not accepted.

Damage-Defects-Wrong Items

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will always be replaced.

Upon arrival, please inspect the print and its frame if one was added. If there is a problem, please take at least two photos (from different angles) and reach out to us within 7 days of delivery so that we may assess the issue*. You can begin your return request and attach your photos in our Return Portal.

If a limited-edition print is damaged, we will either have you send it back to us for destruction or ask you to destroy it and provide photo or video evidence that we will need to file in Missy's art studio management software. This is required to protect the integrity of the edition. A new print and COA cannot be created and sent to you until the damaged print is destroyed and documented.

Warranty

Your reproduction is printed with the finest museum quality inks and substrates and these fully archival materials should last well over 150 years without ever fading when cared properly. If for some reason your print has faded, please contact us for a replacement.

Missy Reno Smith, the artist, retains the sole copyright of her artworks, designs, images, and all written information that appears on this website. Any unauthorized reproduction or any other use without Missy's written permission is in violation of both U.S. and International Copyright Law.

The artist reserves the right to use her artworks on items such as, but not limited to, reproductions in various substrates and sizes, home décor prints (non-archival) in various substrates and sizes, collectibles, jewelry, and more.

Private Readings- Audio/Video Conference & In Person (Missy's Location)

You can now include one additional participant in a Private Reading (or Fine Art or Jewelry Commission Consultation). This allows you to include your spouse or another close friend or family member without having to pay the Group Session rate.

Small Group Readings- Video Conference & In Person Events (Missy's Location)

Missy allows small groups with up to 6 participants to book Video Conference Group Readings and In Person Group Readings taking place at Missy's location during In Person Events.

When booking online for a Group Reading, you will need to select the number of participants including yourself (you are Participant 1), and fill out a first name and email address for each additional participant (please gather this info before booking). Our system will then include your participants when sending the meeting invitation and later they will be granted access to download the recording as well. 

Large Groups- Webinars & In Person Events (Your Location)

You will need to fill out the Booking Request Form if you are interested in booking a Large Group/Gallery Reading by Webinar or In Person at your location in the Phoenix, AZ area or anywhere Missy is traveling to (see Events). There is a two hour minimum for these group events.

Webinars can include 7-50 participants. These are usually booked by large families that are hoping to connect with the same person/people. Not everyone can be a speaker and be read but all participants will be able to submit questions and comments. Missy's assistant moderates those questions/comments and shares them with Missy at the appropriate time.

Large Group Readings at your location can include as many participants as your space can hold. Again, Missy may not have time to read for each person there but she tries to get to as many people as possible.
