Private Readings take place by Web Conference or In Person. They are booked through Missy's online Booking Calendar with the exception of In Person sessions in Phoenix, AZ (please use the Booking Form instead).

30 Minutes- Perfect for quick check-ins and follow ups or sessions where you only have a couple of questions to ask. We do not recommend this option for first time Readings with Missy.

60 Minutes- An hour is usually enough time for a pretty thorough Reading. Most people book this option.

90 Minutes- This option gives you a very thorough Reading experience. This is the perfect option if you have many loved ones in Heaven that you hope to hear from.

If you have recently lost a loved one, we ask that you wait about six weeks to give them a chance to get settled in. Missy cannot guarantee that any particular person will come through during your session but the Other Side knows who your hope to hear from, they do try their best and waiting this six weeks certainly helps those who are recently crossed over.

After booking your session, you will receive a confirmation email with more information about your upcoming session and the meeting invitation link or in person meeting location address.

Please pay close attention to your start time and time zone. It should default to your local zone in your messages but on occassion clients may see it listed in Missy's zone which is Mountain Standard-Arizona (MST-Arizona). This can be confusing since Arizona doesn't observe Daylight Savings, if you are confused about your start time, please Contact Us for clarification.

We ask that you join your Web Conference session 2-3 minutes early. Missy will admit you into the web conference meeting when she joins. For In Person appointments, your arrival instructions will be in your confirmation email.

If you have trouble joining, please check your confirmation email, we include a number for you to reach Missy at for help.

Please leave your camera off for Private Readings. Missy finds the video feed to be a distraction and simply unecessary for Private Readings. However, if you have a need to use the cameras due to any sort of accessibility issue, please inform us of this when you book in the "Notes" field so Missy will be prepared to turn hers on. You do not need to list the reason why you require it.

All sessions are recorded as a courtesy only. Missy will share a link to download the recording 24-48 hours after the session.

Group Readings take place by Web Conference or In Person. They are booked through Missy's online Booking Calendar except for In Person sessions in Phoenix, AZ (please use the Booking Form instead).

60 Minutes- Best for no more than four participants.

90 Minutes- Best for no more than six participants.

120 Minutes- Best for groups with more than six participants or any group that simply wants extra time. The 120-minute length is required for any In Person Group Session taking place at your location (you may include as many participants as you would like).

Missy reserves some evening and weekend availability for group sessions.

After booking, you and the other participants will receive an appointment confirmation and a meeting invitation email with the meeting link or address.

Web Conference-

Each participant is welcome to join the session from their own device 5 minutes early. Cameras are required for Group Readings by Web Conference so you may need a minute or two to troubleshoot mic or camera issues (camera use is required for Groups with more than 2 participants).

If you plan to be together in the same location, you may join from one device. We do recommend projecting the feed to a larger screen, such as your television. It is best to do a trial run if you have never projected your device like this before. We will create a test meeting for this purpose if requested.

In Person-

Participants should arrive at least 15 minutes early. If the session is taking place at our location, please read your confirmation email for any specific arrival and parking instructions.

Please note, Missy cannot guarantee that each person will receive the same amount of attention during the session (or that each participant will be read at all for larger groups) but Missy does try to get to everyone she can.

Regressions take place by Web Conference and they are booked through Missy's Online Booking Calendar. Missy offers multiple session lengths for you to choose from.

60 Minutes- Explore one of your past lives, Missy guides you at a slightly faster but comfortable and steady pace. Learn who you were, where you lived, what you did, and what major lessons you learned in that life. A short Spiritual Trauma Release, should you encounter any Past Life Trauma, will be available to you.

90 Minutes- Explore one of your past lives in more detail. Missy will lead you through the life at a comfortable pace. You will have time to dig a little deeper into your relationships and major lessons learned. You will also have time for a Spiritual Trauma Release for any Past Life Trauma you may encounter. There may be time for Missy to introduce you to one of your Guides or Angels.

120 Minutes- Explore one life in greater detail or explore an additional past life or even Your Life Between Lives (Heaven), meet your guides and/or Angels, and release any Past Life Truama encountered.

Please note, anyone booking a Regression or Guided Meditation can add a 30 minute Reading onto their session at a special rate.

A Regression is no different than a Guided Meditation, Missy tunes into your Guides and Angels and they help her guide you into one of your past lives. You will visit whichever life you need to explore at that given time. You will naturally find your way where we need to go.

Because Missy is tuned in, she is also receiving and can help you if you feel stuck. She can also provide more context and backstory to help you better understand whatever you are experiencing.

Clients who have done Regressions elsewhere prefer to do them with Missy for that very reason. Also, when Missy vocalizes something that you are seeing or feeling, this helps you feel validated in what you are receiving.

Missy is very easy-going. If for some reason you are just not feeling up to it or if you get started and you find you are struggling, she will allow you to reschedule the session if desired. This is quite rare since Missy puts most people at ease within the first few minutes but we want everyone to know this is an option, so you don't feel as though you are under pressure.

Your Life Between Lives sessions take place by Web Conference only. They are booked through Missy's Booking Calendar where you can also find current fee information.

90 Minutes- If you have one or two goals to accomplish, please book 90 Minutes for your session.

120 Minutes- If you are have two or three goals to accomplish, please book 120 minutes for your session.

Reading Add-on- You can now add a 30-minute Reading onto Your Life Between Lives exploration at a very special rate.

30 Minutes- For shorter sessions, this length may not be enough time for certain meditations so please see the descriptions to be sure you book enough time.

60 Minutes- This length is enough time for most Guided Meditations and possibly more than one goal can be accomplished.

Reading Add-on- You can add a 30-minute Reading onto your Guided Meditation at a special rate.

Missy and her Angels created this unique Spiritual Trauma Release healing modality over a decade ago and Missy has used it to help many clients since that time. It is the same method she uses to help clients release past life trauma during Regressions.

Missy's method is gentle; you do not need to relive your trauma during your session. She walks you through the process to keep you on track to release what she refers to as a spiritual block. Once you have completed the session, you will be able to use the method on your own anytime you would like. Missy uses it often herself so as not to develop spiritual blocks.

30-60 minutes is needed for this session. If in doubt, book 60 minutes, any extra time can be used for a Reading or credited to your account to go towards a future booking or purchase.

Please note, Missy's method is meant to address the spiritual wounds of our traumas. She is not a qualified healthcare provider of any type, and her services do replace the need for the services of a qualified healthcare provider or mental healthcare professional.

Missy can guide you to a meeting with your Guides and Angels to get to know them and receive their guidance. While this can be part of a Past Life Regression or Your Life Between Lives exploration, it can also be booked on it's own as a Guided Meditation.

While it is certainly wonderful to hear Missy describe your Heavenly Helpers, it is quite another thing to actually connect with them yourself.

After these meetings, most clients say they feel the presence of their Angels more strongly and are more confident in their own ability to receive.

If booked on its own, you will need 30 minutes. However, only about 5-10 minutes is needed for this experience when paired with a Regression, Heaven Exploration, or any other Guided Meditation goal.

We all know our thoughts drive our emotions and outcomes but gaining control of invading negative thoughts is often easier said than done.

Missy works with her clients to help them find the best way to catch and reframe those negative thoughts that are creeping in. Each person is unique and therefore Missy approaches this process differently from client to client.

You will walk away with a tool you can use on your own so you can finally filter out the negative noise and focus on the positive.

30 minutes can be booked for this experience in most cases.

Whatever your goal may be, simply let us know in the "Notes" field when booking if it is not listed. If Missy doesn't already have a plan for it, she will create it ahead of your session or simply ask your Angels and hers to show her what is needed during the session.

Coaching sessions take place by Web Conference. You can book your sessions through Missy's online Booking Calendar.

Your first session will be 60 minutes. Later sessions may be 30-90 minutes in length depending on what is needed. Most clients end up doing 3-6 sessions.

Missy recommends booking your sessions 2-4 weeks apart to allow you time to work on any "homework" so you are prepared for the next steps.

Missy offers several package deals for Coaching sessions and she can also build you a custom package to fit your unique needs.

Package deals allow you to pay for three or more sessions at a special discounted rate.

If you select PayPal when buying your package, you should be shown an option to make payments. This is an agreement between you and PayPal, Missy doesn't control who sees this offer. If you don't see it, you are welcome to reach out to us to request a payment plan that we will manage.

You are responsible for booking all of the sessions in your package. Our calendar allows you to book them one at a time or you can set them all up at one time (be sure to book them 2-4 weeks apart). You can always reschedule a session if it is booked too soon or too far away.

Missy does not offer refunds for unused sessions. They can be converted into any session type or we can convert any remaining sessions into a regular gift card to be used towards any purchase of Art, Prints, Jewelry, etc.
