Private Sessions

All Private Sessions, this includes Private Readings, Coaching Sessions, Past Life Regressions, and Guided Meditations, take place by Audio Web Conference. This means you will leave your camera off when you join the session.

Missy is able to book audio sessions back to back, for video sessions, she feels the need for a longer break between sessions. This is why she has changed the setup and this allowed her to lower her Private Reading rates in 2025.

We do understand that some clients may need special accommodations. Please see the Accessibilty Details section below for more information.

Group Sessions

All Group Sessions take place by Video Web Conference. This means each participant will need to enable their camera during the session.

The video feed helps Missy keep track of who she is speaking to which helps the session flow better.

Please be sure to troubleshoot any issues with enabling your cameras before the appointment. If you are planning to project your device to a larger screen (highly recommended if your group is appearing together on one device), we will create a test meeting if requested so you can test this out using the same app you will use for the session.

Accessability

While Private Sessions are typically audio only, Missy is happy to accommodate anyone that needs video for accessibilty reasons. We have included a checkbox in our form so that you can easily request this without a need to explain why you may need it.

If you require any other accommodations (such as live Closed Captions or simply asking Missy to speak slowly), please check the "Other Accommodations" box and use the Comments/Questions field to tell us what exactly is needed. We will do our best to accommodate.

Please note, it is not necessary to provide an explanation for why you need any accommodation/s.

Private Readings

Missy now allows her clients to include one additional participant in a Private Reading. This means you can now include your spouse, child, or other close friend or relative in your session without having to book the Group Reading option for just two people.

Group Readings

Video Web Conference Group Readings may include up to 6 participants.

All sessions are recorded as a courtesy only.

If you do not want the session recorded for any reason, simply write this in the Comment/Question field when booking your session or tell Missy after you join the meeting.

We send a copy of the recording download link to you within 72 hours. These sometimes go to spam so be sure to check there but please Contact Us if you don't see it there either.

Download your recording immediately, the link is only valid for 14 days. While the link allows you to watch/listen, it is important that you download and save the file to your device in a place you won't lose it. Audio files are rarely larger than 500MB but video files can be 2-4GB so be sure you will have space for it.

Recording Copyright

Missy Reno Smith is the sole copyright owner of all session recordings. You must get her written permission before sharing, posting, or publishing the recording publicly. Please see our Copyright Policy for more information.

Confidentiality

Your session with Missy Reno Smith is confidential. She will not share, post, or otherwise divulge any information from or the recording of your session with her, publicly or privately, without your written permission.

Client Portal

You can easily manage your appointments and see your appointment history with Missy Reno Smith through the Client Portal. Please create an account before booking (click on the account icon in the website header) and be sure to sign into your account each time you make an appointment or any other purchase on missyrenosmith.com.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule your appointment in the Client Portal or by clicking on the appropriate link in our confirmation message.

If the Rescheduling feature isn't working or if you cannot find an opening that will work for your schedule, please Contact Us and we will help you find a spot.

Cancellations

You can cancel your appointment through the Client Portal or through the link in your confirmation email as long as it is more than 48 hours from your scheduled appoinment time.

If you need to cancel less than 48 hours from your scheduled appointment time*, you will need to Contact Us and your refund will be given in the form of store credit.

*Please note, In Person Sessions taking place during events have a special cancellation policy. Please see event details for the relevant information.

If you are having trouble finding a spot that works for your schedule, you have several options-

Book Best Option & Contact Us

Book the best possible option you can find and then send us a message to request another spot. Since you are already on the calendar, we can simply move your appointment so this option is typically the easiest method.

Booking Form

Fill out and submit the Booking Form. This form allows you to select a date range and inform us of your preferred time of day. You can ask us to book you into the next opening that fits your availability or ask us to send you a message with several options.

Waitlist Link

Our new calendar allows you to click a "Join Waitlist" link next to any unavailable time slots on Missy's calendar. If that spot opens back up due to a cancellation then you will get a message letting you know you have 4 hours to book the spot before it is released for anyone to book.

While Missy only gets about 2 reschedules a week, some spots are blocked for Missy's Art Studio time and she may choose to open the spot for you. If she can't, we will look to see if we can create a similar opening to offer to you.
